It’s no secret that the healthcare space has been really chaotic the last few years and so many people are looking for other ways of supporting their health. I have always been interested in holistic wellness for myself, but recent events have really solidified my desire to focus on the whole person when helping my patients. One of the biggest drivers for my interest in nutrition was dealing with my sons chronic constipation and my own high cholesterol. I knew that these were areas that so many other people were struggling with as well, so I wanted to be equipped to truly help them get to the root cause.

Once I got started in my nutrition training it became even more evident how essential this work truly is. Almost all of the things that I was seeing patients for on a regular basis in my work as a nurse practitioner came down to dysfunction in the core functions of our bodies & their systems. And guess what… our diet and lifestyle were the key drivers in this dysfunction! The ticket to health and reversing illness is really found in supporting our bodies systems. Through my education in holistic nutrition I have FINALLY found the way to truly help people achieve true wellness.

Bonus fun fact— I have been the host of two podcasts in the last few years! I enjoy the creativity and educational aspects of podcasting. I also really love listening to podcasts when I am cleaning, working out or driving

 A Few Fun Facts…

01. I love coffee, wine and pizza!

I’ve found that having balance on my wellness journey is key to sustainability and success. I still enjoy the things I love while making nutrient rich foods a priority as well!

02. I’m a recovering perfectionist.

Slowly but surely I am recovering from the mindset that I have to wait for everything to be perfect before taking action! Taking imperfect action has been a huge game changer for me.

03. I walk the walk when it comes to investing in a coach.

Over this last year I have made several big investments into mentorship and it has 100000% been worth every single penny. Most recently, joining a mastermind has helped me to show up as an even more authentic and empowering coach for my clients!
